With the spirit of “Learning by Doing”, students of Business Administration, School of Economics – Administration – Law had a study trip at Bibica Bien Hoa Factory. This is an opportunity for the “future new administrators” to learn about the magnificent confectionery production line and the process a large brand implements in production management and operation from A to Z.

The students were directly involved in the production areas, from the raw material warehouse, processing line, packaging to product quality inspection, learning from real people – real work.Combining theory and comparison with practice, the students had many questions about the application of technology in production, methods of optimizing costs, and controlling product quality. The questions were answered directly by the factory representative. Besides that, Bibica Bien Hoa also shared about strategy and intelligent human resource management.

Thien Huong – class 22QT1101 shared: “I witnessed a modern production process, where theories of management and production, combined with information technology, are “realized”. It feels like going ‘behind the scenes’ of a big brand, both learning and experiencing is super interesting!”

Not only bringing professional knowledge, the trip is also a memorable memory, helping students have more motivation to stand firm on the path of conquering their careers in the future. This is the clearest proof of MIT Uni’s training philosophy: Learning practically – Doing practically!
