Entering the era of Industry 4.0, the way we live, work, and interact with each other is undergoing a complete transformation. Millions of human jobs may be replaced by machines and technology. Simultaneously, millions of new jobs are emerging, demanding a set of new skills.
What should we do to avoid the impending unemployment crisis, prevalent in the future when the majority of jobs are replaced by machines and robots? There is something that all of us can be equipped with, self-directed, and self-improved to surpass a level, avoiding the prevalence and dominance of machines and robots: Soft Skills – something that robots cannot possess or find it challenging to develop "softness." Therefore, along with knowledge, attitude, and professional skills, soft skills are considered the key to success in the era of Industry 4.0.
Understanding this, MIT Uni. has chosen soft skills as a crucial component in the outcome standards and extracurricular training programs of the university. In addition to essential social skills such as communication, teamwork, presentation skills, learners are equipped with innovation and entrepreneurial skills, the application of AI technology, and career orientation skills. THE COMPLETE SET OF INTERNATIONAL SOFT SKILLS helps MIT Uni. students confidently step into the high-quality job market after graduation.
